The "site" for our studio consists of an area still going through major transformations and demographic shifts. When you visit the site, go to the waterfront as well and try and get a sense of the development down there. Then go both north and south. Is there any reason to try and develop next to this massive piece of infrastructure? it seems absurd, but i want you to try and consider what that would mean from a planning point of view. What would tha leave open?
