Andrew_scripting...

Included are selected boards from last Thursday. I am currently progressing the overall design, with my main concern being the development of the snaking tubes and attempting to have them interact in a more substantial way: that is to say, to progress the intricacy in how they connect/interact and how they purposefully behave within the system. With that being said, I was wondering Matt if there is a way to force the tubes, through scripting as opposed to my manual methods, to connect in a controlled way, so that they are not arbitrarily touching the ground (or conversely “hanging out” in air.) I am most interested in having the tubes mutating in a way that they can branch out in all directions, with the capability of connecting to itself, adjacent buildings, the ground, dodging areas I designate for phytoremediation, etc.
